INSTRUCTOR LED 

All classes will incorporate some endurance, power, speed, strength and skill sets. you will have a shorter, more intense workout with the 60 minutes vs. the 90 minute class.

 

POWER + FITNESS

60min session focused on following 12 week progression plan custom-tailored for riders all levels. We will focus on the following:

  • power training
  • cadence work
  • specific drills to help you improve technique
  • speed intervals
  • hill training

Typically, each class will have a 5min warmup, and a 10min cool down / stretch. Look for bonus strength exercises!

 

POWER PLUS

90min weekend session focused on following 12 week progression plan custom-tailored for riders all levels. We will focus on the following:

  • power training
  • cadence work
  • specific drills to help you improve technique
  • speed intervals
  • hill training

Typical workout will allow time for 10-15min warmup, as well as 10-15 cool down. 


    OPEN RIDING

    Need more riding outside class times? want to take advantage of simulated course riding? These time slots are meant for those who are looking to ride without following a specific workout. Ride options include Spinscan, 3D cycling, Real Course Video, etc. Software and screen use is on a first come, first serve basis. See our schedule for open riding time availability.
