POWER HOUR -60 minute session. Each week builds on the last but you can jump in anytime in the program. We will focus on the following:
- power training
- cadence work
- specific drills to help you improve technique
- speed intervals
- hill training
Typically, each class will have a 5min warmup, and a 10min cool down / stretch. Look for bonus strength exercises!
POWER PLUS - Need a little more on the weekend? 90 minutes of endurance, power, and cadence work to get you going on the weekend!
TRX - 60 minutes of strength to make you stronger, less prone to injury and better form.
Suspension Training body weight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
The TRX Suspension Trainer is the original, best-in-class workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. Anyone can do this!
