TRIATHLON FOCUSED TRAINING

I'm sure by now you have picked up that we are not like the rest of the crowd. YES, we do things a bit different around here! And it is because of our passion not only for cycling, but swimming and running as well. This is what led Leo to obtain his coaching credentials.

To him, coaching is not simply copying and pasting workouts. It's not about plugging athletes into an equation then seeing what pops out.  It's about recognizing individual's strengths and building upon them; it's about identifying your weaknesses and overcoming those challenges. Through years of experience in the sport, and coaching credentials from USAT, Leo is dedicated to helping you achieve your athletic goals regardless of what the "formula" might be. Examples of individualized training programs are his personalized Computrainer workouts, running drills, form and pace setting and customized swim sets. 

  • Whether this is your first 5K or your fifth Ironman Leo will be with you every step of the way.
  •  All levels of athletes from couch to 5K beginners, to elite age groupers' will benefit from the individualized, non-cookie cutter training plans.

  • Ideal for individuals with fluctuating schedules, and those looking for closer coaching guidance. 
  • Regular performance testing may include: running gait analysis, VO2 threshold testing, swimming techniques, etc.
  • Weekly phone conversation. Unlimited communication via email + text
  • TrainingPeaks premium account included
  • Weekly training plan posted on TrainingPeaks, custom tailored to you based on your progress and (ultimate) goals
  • Weekly data analysis helps to dictate week to week progress and performance
  • Individual pre and post race evaluation
  • 10% discount on cycling studio packages

  • Regular performance testing may include: running gait analysis, VO2 threshold testing, swimming techniques, etc.
  • Weekly phone conversation. Unlimited communication via email + text
  • TrainingPeaks accounts are not included. Basic and Premium account options are extra.
  • Weekly training plan posted on TrainingPeaks, custom tailored to you based on your progress and (ultimate) goals
  • Weekly data analysis helps to dictate week to week progress and performance
  • Pre and Post race plan and analysis is also not included at this price point.
